“This program is excellent! 5 stars They really worked with me, honestly and fairly handling my trauma and diagnosis.”
“The house and facilities are awesome and the staff really does care about every client. I have been to a lot of other treatment centers and scottsdale providence has been the best by far! This place saved my life and I would highly recommend coming here if your struggling with addiction or mental health issues.”
“I have been a client at SPRC since the end of May 2025. This place honestly saved my life. I was in the PHP house for my first 2 months, and while there were hard days, I could not be more grateful that I stayed. SPRC taught me not just how to sit with discomfort, but how to thrive in it. Before coming here, I was hopeless. I did 3 weeks at a residential treatment center in Tucson before I was booted due to insurance. Alex and the other staff at SPRC were incredibly gracious with my financial situation; they look at the clients as real people rather than numbers. Each therapist here made me feel cared for and understood in both groups and individual sessions. Working with Denise has expanded my view of past traumas and how those affect my decisions and actions today, and she has facilitated so much healing of my inner parts. Dr. Sarah and her OT team helped me significantly with understanding my underlying neurodivergence. If you are debating coming here or sending your loved one here, I can attest to it being an extremely compassionate, fun-loving, and respectful community. The people I’ve met here have become a family to me, so much so that I decided to return for IOP after taking time out of state. That’s not to say it’s an easy walk in the park; you will work here, and you will face challenges. But you will have people standing by your side throughout them all. I feel the team at SPRC genuinely wants the best for me and cares about my wellbeing and success living a sober, free life. All of my love to this place.”
“This place has helped me out tremendously, I highly recommend! I've honestly become a different and new me since the first day to now. I've felt safe and taken care of. The staff will take time for you if needed, I didn't feel alone. :) I am so grateful to this program and everyone in it.”
“This place has honestly changed my life and I don't think that I could have gotten out of the dark and miserable spot that I was in without the help of this amazing program. The staff truly care about you and they help put you on a successful path for the future.”
“The therapists are very knowledgeable in this field. I appreciated all of the expertise and the variety of classes.”
“Scottsdale Providence is really amazing. They helped me deal with a lot of stuff. I had a lot of trauma and they helped through everything. If you have addiction problems this is the place to go to. Thank you guys!!”

“Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running. And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you. Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level. They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. I felt held. I felt like my life actually mattered. Scottsdale Providence didn’t just help me get sober. They gave me my life back. They gave my kids their mom back. They helped me find myself again. If you’re scared or feel like there’s no way out, I’m telling you from my own heart, this place is real. This is where healing actually happens. I’m forever grateful.”
“This is the best place for treatment. I came here for mental health treatment. Every single staff member truly cares about your treatment and helps create an individual plan for each’s path toward recovery. I had Brittany as my primary and she is by far the best therapist I have ever had. Every therapist was amazing. This place really cares. They really hold everyone accountable on their stuff and make sure everyone does their work towards recovery. There is a large sense of family here at SPRC. Even after you are done with treatment, they are not going to leave you hanging. They will help you figure everything you need for continuing care. They have such amazing treatments for mental health like EMDR and neurofeedback. The groups are relevant for everyone. This is the place for those who are wanting real help and those who are serious for recovery for mental health or addiction.”
“This center has been life changing for me! I’ve never gotten such personalized help as I did at SPRC. Not only attending daily group therapy, but having one on one sessions with multiple different therapist/psychiatrist has open my eyes to a world of help I didn’t know was available for me. The knowledge I’m leaving this center with about myself is priceless and I cannot thank the staff and my peers enough. I truly don’t know if I’d be here today without this amazing center and their resources! 100/10 would recommend to anyone who feels like their situation is beyond helping!”
“I highly recommend SPRC to anyone suffering and in need of either substance use or mental health treatment. They succeed with both issues as well as when they co-occur. The entire staff is supportive/wonderful and the co-owners care enough to facilitate their own groups and give clients their time when they need it. I appreciated that staff didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but rather what I needed to hear along my wellness journey. I am forever grateful and thankful.”

“I would say I owe this place my life, but they would tell me I owe it to myself. I truly believe had I gone to any other recovery center I had available to go to, I wouldn’t have learned and experienced growth in recovery. I didn’t even know what recovery meant. All I knew was how Miriam Webster defines sobriety. I’ve learned not just to avoid alcohol, but seek and process the underlying conditions that made me prone to use alcohol. I’ve got joy in my life again. I have support systems backing me up. I have a toolbox full of healthy coping skills I get to carry around every day and aid me in my journey in recovery. I learned how to love myself again. I’ve been gifted a solid foundation on which to build my newfound life on top of. The modalities they use, the care and compassion of the entire staff, the careful management of progression through their care has given me a new life. Most recovery centers are a cookie cutter program, you get whatever the program is designed as. Scottsdale Providence caters your treatment to your specific needs. I have a bright future ahead of me and I know that I always have my family back at the center supporting me. I couldn’t thank them enough for what they’ve helped me accomplish.”
“SPRC staff truly cares about their clients and it shows. They devote countless hours each day to giving us the care and help we need. They create a safe environment for all, making sure each person knows they’re welcomed there; SPRC is a family. And the miracle is real.”
“I Love how all the staff’s help you the best they can with your recovery. The staffs are Amazing here. They also try and teach you as much as they can you just have to be willing to do the work. Scottsdale Providence really does work if you are willing to work it.”
