24-Hour Residential Care
Clients stay in a state-licensed residential home with consistent care and supervision from healthcare professionals.

Inpatient care, also known as residential treatment, is a specialized program where clients stay at the facility 24/7 under the constant care and supervision of medical and mental health professionals.
Scottsdale Providence specializes in treating adults and families facing primary psychiatric disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse, and complex co-occurring disorders.
Clients stay in a state-licensed residential home with consistent care and supervision from healthcare professionals.
Medical and mental health professionals provide structure, psychiatric support, medication management, and therapeutic care.
Each plan is tailored around the client's symptoms, history, strengths, family needs, and long-term recovery goals.
The residential home is designed to provide a peaceful environment conducive to healing while the clinical team builds a tailored approach for each individual and family.

Inpatient care is one part of a broader continuum. Clients may step through residential treatment, PHP, IOP, aftercare, family programming, and alumni support as clinical needs change.

Residential treatment is built around the understanding that recovery is a personal and transformative process. Clients are not only treated for symptoms; they are supported physically, emotionally, socially, and psychologically.
The team works collaboratively to support addiction recovery, mental health stabilization, family support, medication management, case management, and practical planning for life after residential care.
Clients receive psychotherapy, group process work, and skills-based support throughout the residential week.
Psychiatric care and medication management help address mental health, substance use, and co-occurring symptoms.
Physical well-being, social skills, family support, case management, and recovery planning are built into care.
The residential setting creates shared accountability and support with others working toward stability and recovery.
Residential care can connect clients to detox services, substance abuse treatment, mental health care, and integrated dual diagnosis support based on clinical assessment and ongoing needs.

Detox services provide a safe and supportive start to recovery with withdrawal management and clinical oversight before ongoing treatment.
Detox Services
Inpatient drug and alcohol rehab combines evidence-based therapy, support, detoxification planning, and skill-building for recovery.
Substance Recovery
Residential mental health care provides structure, support, and clinical care when symptoms feel difficult to manage alone.
Mental Health
Integrated inpatient care supports clients facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in one coordinated plan.
Dual DiagnosisStructured groups create rhythm, connection, and skill practice throughout the treatment week. Residential, mental health, co-occurring, alumni, family, and evening outpatient programming are organized below.

Free Family Support Group will be made available on the last Wednesday of each month. This group is open to all family members of current clients as well as past alumni who are still actively involved within the SPRC community.
Therapeutic modalities are central to inpatient care. Each approach is selected to support the client's symptoms, history, goals, and level of support needed for sustained recovery.
Reprocess traumatic memories using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, to reduce their emotional charge and help your brain naturally heal. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is extensively researched and proven effective for PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction, often producing significant results in fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy.
Choosing inpatient care means choosing a structured environment, compassionate clinical support, and a dedicated partner in the path toward healing.
Hear from people who found structure, community, and compassionate clinical care through Scottsdale Providence.
“This is my second home. This place was here for me in my time of need and accepted me back with open arms. I cant explain the how much I value my friends i expect to have for life here and also the staff who are like apart of my family. If you are looking for people who know how to treat people you should put this at the top of your list for sure. Much love <3.”
“I was so nervous and apprehensive to come here at first but I’m so glad I did now I don’t want to leave! I’ve learned al much and made so many connections here. Highly recommend!!”
“This treatment center is truly amazing! Not only did they help me get clean and sober the staff played an instrumental part in saving my life. They also taught me how to cope with out substances, maintain life skills, and keep long term sobriety. I am truly Greatful for this experience! I highly suggest anyone that wants a real chance of getting and staying sober to reach out to SPRC.”
“Fantastic staff and incredible program. This is a wonderful place to regroup, learn and recapture a new life.”
“I really liked Scottsdale Providence and the care that they provided for me. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and were always transparent in the treatment options and care. I would recommend this place to anyone!”
“Going into treatment was a difficult and terrifying thing. It was all uncharted territory. I walked into SPRC having already decided that this was going to be my last big effort in my recovery. I moved into the house for 3 months and slowly but surely I started getting my feet back under me. I can confidently say that this was the most difficult AND rewarding thing I have accomplished. I never thought I’d be able to say that my spark and passions have returned but they have come in full force. The group and individual sessions are very informative. It really is care tailored to you. Kyle said something to me that I will never forget on my second day there. I was sitting in front of a cabinet that he needed to get into. I apologized for being in the way and he said to me “you don’t need to apologize for taking up space”. That was the first of many moments that were monumental in my healing. Cannot recommend enough!! Give SPRC a call!!”
“Great therapists, care and environment. I recommend for anyone trying to recover.”
“SPRC is hands down the greatest treatment center there is. They have great staff that is truly dedicated to helping people. Everyone is very down to earth and easy to get along with. Kara is an amazing therapist and their case manager Nicole is a life saver. If you are looking for help with mental health or substance abuse this is the best place to be.”

“This program completely turned my life around. The staff is amazing and everyone is super supportive. These people actually care about every individual and take the steps to treat everyone to a better life”
“I came to Scottsdale Province Recovery Center from Tennessee. The therapy and attention to the clients needs are nothing but amazing. I learned more about myself here than I ever have. If you are in need for help with mental health or substance abuse I highly recommend this place. Thank you SPRC for giving me my life back, I will be forever grateful to you all.”
“Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running. And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you. Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level. They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. I felt held. I felt like my life actually mattered. Scottsdale Providence didn’t just help me get sober. They gave me my life back. They gave my kids their mom back. They helped me find myself again. If you’re scared or feel like there’s no way out, I’m telling you from my own heart, this place is real. This is where healing actually happens. I’m forever grateful.”
“Scottsdale Providence has truly separated themselves from other treatment centers by their quality of care, ethics and the genuine unconditional love and support from each staff member. I came in tired, defeated, broken in so many ways ,facing life challenges and completely afraid to face recovery and life alone. The staff held my hand every step of the way and guided me into a direction to help rebuild my life sober. The staff goes to great lengths to support you in anyway they can and their expertise shines through the individual and group sessions. This facility has been life changing and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help and wants to find their path to sobriety. Also, Nicole (case manager)helped me with all my personal issues that had been overwhelming me.Forever grateful!”
““Are you living or simply persisting?” was something I was asked when I called, wondering if I needed help. I can confidently say that SPRC teaches you how to create for yourself a life worth living: to build for yourself a bucket of skills that allow you to feel like you can keep going. The therapists are like your sherpas: they will show you the way up the mountain while it is up to you to make the journey yourself. Every single person in that building cares about you. From Kassie at the front desk when you walk in, to Freddy for your intake, to Ciara, Sabrina, Denise, Jackie, Sara, Tyler, Jillian, Alex, Kena, Mark, Sadie— and all the other therapists, behavioral health technicians, and staff. Every single person there will take time out of their day to talk to you, to answer a thousand questions and a thousand more. They will know you by name, and greet you with familarity. Past the staff? This is also true of the community of both other clients sitting alongside you and alumni. You are heard, and past that, you are understood. Nothing you say will go without someone else relating to it, empathizing, and being there for you. If you are looking for a community of people who remember you, and you them— this is the place. Residential, PHP Housing, PHP outpatient, IOP, or OP level—everyone matters. You are heard. You are understood. You are getting your life back: it is an honor and a privilege to be able to say that I did it here. To call myself an alumni of this community. If I had to go back and make the choice again, I would choose SPRC every single time.”
“The experience I got through treatment was excellent even though I was only able to complete so much in 30 days. I highly recommend this program. Great staff!”
“I've had a wonderful experience at sprc, they definitely changed my life and have assisted so much in my road to recovery. This is such an honest and hard working rehab facility, the staff care so deeply about their clients and help build a strong fellowship of healthy individual to keep you connected after treatment. I've made so many beautiful connects here and it holds a very special place in my heart. 100% recommend.”
