Evening IOP may be a strong fit if your life still needs to keep moving while you continue doing deeper recovery work.
Evening sessions support clients who need treatment after business hours.
Structured support can fit around classes, study schedules, and school responsibilities.
Care can continue while daytime family and caregiving routines remain intact.
E-IOP creates structure for clients transitioning from residential treatment or PHP.
The program is built for adults living in the community who need more than weekly therapy.
Clients managing mental health symptoms, substance use, or both can receive steady accountability.
Consistent groups help strengthen routines, coping skills, and recovery momentum.
Evening care helps clients keep work, school, family, and recovery moving together.

Teaching Background
As you move through the 10-week evening intensive outpatient program, you will strengthen your ability to manage emotions, build healthier routines, improve relationships, and respond to stress in more grounded ways.
The goal is not just to get through treatment. It is to create a foundation that supports long-term wellness, connection, and continued growth.
Build tools for naming emotions, regulating intensity, and responding to stress with more steadiness.
Create practical habits that support recovery across work, home, relationships, and daily life.
Practice connection, communication, boundaries, and self-awareness in a supportive group setting.
Use consistent evening structure to maintain momentum and reduce the risk of relapse or setbacks.

Evening IOP can support clients stepping down from higher levels of care or stepping up from weekly therapy when more structure is needed.
Explore the broader outpatient program options available through Scottsdale Providence.
Step down from residential care into evening structure when a flexible schedule becomes appropriate.

“This was the best recovery center that I have been to for personalized care. All of the staff are familiar with the patients and the center feels like a community. All of the staff were invested in my recovery and having all of the tools when I left.”
“I really enjoyed the oppertunitie to engageyself into this setting as a door for me to move forward in my recovery and also the oppertunitie to give back and to help other move forward in there recovery”
“If you want help, this is the place to go. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, but they push you to your limit. It's not an easy program; it's an effective one.”
“SPRC was an amazing experience. The staff treated us with respect while also not cutting corners in treatment. I cannot recommend SPRC highly enough!!!”
“Scottsdale Providence Recovery Center was amazing. I was looking for PTSD treatment at first, but through the help of the SPRC staff I have now been sober for 2 1/2 months! They helped immensely with my mental health disorders, which included psychosis when I got there. I have been to other inpatient and outpatient treatment centers, and SPRC is above and beyond any treatment I have ever received. They have a different way of handling addiction and mental health that really makes a difference. Also, every staff member I worked with really cared about my recovery and mental health. I would definitely recommend SPRC to anyone looking for help with mental disorders or addiction issues!”
“I wouldn’t be sober with scottsdale providence, they taught me accountability, coping skills, as well as providing a very individualized treatment experience”

“This is my second home. This place was here for me in my time of need and accepted me back with open arms. I cant explain the how much I value my friends i expect to have for life here and also the staff who are like apart of my family. If you are looking for people who know how to treat people you should put this at the top of your list for sure. Much love <3.”
“Scottsdale Providence changed my whole life. I walked in completely broken, drinking and using to survive, carrying years of trauma and pain I didn’t even know how to set down. I didn’t know what I needed. I just knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was bc it was killing me. From the second I got there, the staff saw me in a way nobody ever has. They understood me. They didn’t judge me. Everything they do has intention. Nothing is random. There is rhyme and reason behind every group, every boundary, every tough conversation, and every moment they push you to sit with yourself instead of running. And honestly, the people you meet here… they’re a huge part of the healing. The patients are amazing bc the staff creates a space where everyone feels safe and connected. You end up being transparent in ways you never have before. You hear everyone’s truth. You share yours. You feel seen and less alone. That kind of honesty changes you. Most of the staff are addicts in recovery too, with years and years of sobriety. That makes such a difference. They don’t talk at you. They talk with you. They get the addict mind. They understand the shame, the fear, the spiraling, the survival mode. They know what it feels like to want to quit and still feel pulled back in. You just feel understood on a soul level. They didn’t just help me stop drinking and using. They helped me understand why I did it. They got to the root emotionally, physically, and spiritually. They taught me tools I actually use every single day. They challenged me when I wanted to shut down. They held space for me when I couldn’t catch my breath. Not once did I feel judged. I felt guided. I felt held. I felt like my life actually mattered. Scottsdale Providence didn’t just help me get sober. They gave me my life back. They gave my kids their mom back. They helped me find myself again. If you’re scared or feel like there’s no way out, I’m telling you from my own heart, this place is real. This is where healing actually happens. I’m forever grateful.”
