Once LO agreed to help, the whole team was quick to move in the processing of getting LO in treatment. Kassie was great the moment we walked into the center and we felt welcomed and encouraged. Lauren has been amazing as LO's case worker, always positive and responsive to my concerns and questions. And Dan, the gratitude we have from where we were to where we are now, is huge. Shawn can be intimidating at times but is a big softie who deeply cares for his clients sobriety, and Nicole is very fun to irritate (she’s also a great case manager). Todd is a beacon of light and an awesome man, and Stephanie is fun to joke around with but also chat seriously with. I truly believe what I’ve learned here will apply to my life for the better, and the staff has left me with an experience I won’t ever forget. The atmosphere is comfortable and feels like a safe place to be vulnerable in. 					I had a really great experience here. The staff was great. They genuinely cared about the patients. They have so much love and patience. They helped me with knowing that these feelings won’t last forever. And reminded me of grounding techniques that I can use to help calm myself down. The therapists are amazing, especially Jillian and Denise. They really know their stuff and are easy to build a rapport with. They helped me learn skills to help with emotional regulation.
